Refund & Return Policy

All products are intended solely for laboratory research use. Not for human consumption. Our refund policy strictly adheres to the maintenance of chemical purity and storage integrity.
Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of research-grade peptides, we can only accept refund requests under specific clinical conditions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original laboratory-sealed packaging.
- Request made within 14 days of delivery receipt.
- Thermal indicators (if applicable) show no signs of temperature excursion.
- Security seal is intact and shows no signs of tampering.
Return Process
Documentation
Email research support with your Order ID and photos of the sealed vials.
Authorization
Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping protocols.
Logistics
Ship via tracked courier in original cold-chain packaging if applicable.
Damaged Goods & Errors
In the event that an item arrives damaged or the wrong substance was dispatched, RAUCH Peptides assumes full responsibility for replacement. We require high-resolution photographic evidence of the damaged shipping container and vials within 24 hours of delivery notification.
Substance Integrity
"Once a substance has been reconstituted or introduced into a laboratory environment, its purity can no longer be guaranteed by RAUCH Peptides. For this reason, we strictly cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, even if they appear unused. This policy protects the integrity of our entire stock and ensures every researcher receives untainted materials."
