Shipping Policy

All orders undergo a rigorous quality control check before dispatch. Standard processing time is 24 to 48 hours from the time of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. High-purity custom synthesis requests may require additional verification time.

To maintain structural integrity and biological activity, certain lyophilized peptides require temperature-controlled transit. Our clinical-grade packaging includes:

RAUCH Peptides provides global fulfillment through specialized couriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS). We ship to most research institutions and certified laboratories worldwide.

Researchers are responsible for compliance with local import regulations. All international shipments are marked as "Research Chemicals - Not for Human Consumption" and include a Certificate of Analysis (CoA).

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is seized, we evaluate reshipment on a case-by-case basis.
